The Greater Houston Area Chapter contracts transportation services for health and human service agencies, hospital groups, HMOs, assisted living centers, retirement communities and other residential programs.
Whether taking someone to medical appointments, to dialysis, the pharmacy, the grocery store or other important appointments, American Red Cross Transportation Services makes a difference in the lives of many people with its complement of wheelchair-accessible vehicles.
All contractual agreements are negotiated on an individual basis and modeled to meet the needs of the clients.

First Aid Stations
The Red Cross provides First Aid Stations at company and community events of any size. When you are planning a company picnic or outing, it can be very comforting to know that the Red Cross is at hand.
Our stations are fully equipped and staffed by volunteers trained in life saving techniques. They are trained in CPR, first aid and emergency response techniques. They do not perform advanced medical procedures or transport patients to hospitals; however they can prevent minor accidents from becoming major injuries.
