Through private donations, we provide the “Welcome Home Trip Program.” Recognized by the organization at the 2001 National Health & Safety Convention, this program makes it possible for Houston Area residents, who are in the last stages of AIDS, to be reunited with supportive family during their last days of life.

Through Ryan White Title IV funds, we provide vital, non-emergency transportation assistance to HIV+ women, children, and families. This program allows individuals access to medical appointments, social service appointments, and area food pantries
